Registration Process

McMaster Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Workshops
week of June 12 - 17, 2022

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

McMaster held the first of what became the Evidence-based health care workshop under Dave Sackett’s leadership in 1982.  The name has evolved, and our team has been organizing since 1993, but the mission has remained the same.  That mission, that included training a sufficient cadre of individuals to teach EBM around the world, is now near completion.

We had decided to hold a final celebratory workshop in 2020 but were derailed by COVID-19.  We decided to delay until 2021, and this is the time of year when we had planned to begin serious preparations for the 2021 workshop.  We paused, however, to consider the possibility that the COVID-19 situation might prevent us from holding our final celebratory workshop in person (the only satisfactory way to hold the workshop).

After very serious consideration, we have decided that the risk of being unable to hold the in-person workshop were too great to proceed.

We remain fully and enthusiastically committed to hold our FINAL EBCP Workshop, but now in June of 2022

We hope that when you turn your mind to plans for 2022 you will consider joining us at our final celebratory workshop.
